If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Step 4: Replacement or Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with one of the following:
Replacement: Dispatch a new product if stock is available.
Refund: Refund the amount via your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Additional Guidelines
Return Shipping Costs:
If the issue is due to a fault from our side (e.g., defective or damaged product), Cherry Home Appliances will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is deemed ineligible upon inspection, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
Packaging Requirements:
Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
Inspection and Decision:
All returns are subject to inspection before approval for a replacement or refund.
